Here's what Tabitha had to say:

What we’re eating:
‘I’m looking forward to a takeaway from South London’s Sorella – the Italian sibling of Bermondsey Larder, formerly The Dairy – for crispy truffle arancini, Sicilian olives and short-beef-rib ragù. All while sipping on a single-variety apple juice from Wildpress which is tart and not too sweet. This new company is on a mission to protect Britain’s biodiversity by seeking out lesser-known apple varieties and partnering with local, sustainable orchards, but most importantly the drinks really are delicious.’
