A bit about the orchard
Waltham Place, just outside Maidenhead, Berkshire is a little bit special.
By working with nature, the Waltham Place team have created a biodiverse wonderland spread over 220 acres. The grounds connect woodland, gardens, orchards, vegetable patches, pasture and grass ley.
This year we experimented by pressing a small batch of three of their late-season varieties - to get to know their character.
